Donnatella Moss ⇒ “You’ve fired me twice already tonight. I’m impervious.”
Clearly I wasn’t done when I did my characters meme. My sassy angel, Donnatella Moss. My forever favourite. How you’ve grown, little one. From cherubic, amiable assistant to fierce HBIC, Donna has remained steadily parfait throughout. Whether it’s her little hand-to-mouth reactions, THAT stage direction or her winning banter, it’s hard not to be won over. She is fiercely loyal to her little lemon muffin (that’s Josh to anyone who doesn’t understand Jess-speak). She has time and again proven her value (hello Shutdown, Stackhouse, 20 Hours in America). On top of that, she is a beautifully intricate character that has blossomed over the course of the series like no other.  Nobody puts Donna in the corner! Moss is boss.
10 Episodes of Donna ⇒ in the shadow of two gunmen, the stackhouse filibuster, bad moon rising, 18th and potomac,  war crimes, 20 hours in america, guns not butter, shutdown, the benign prerogative and gaza.

“Don’t help me”
“I’m gonna help you. You know why?”
“‘Cause you’re walking around with so much guilt about everybody you love dying that you’re a compulsive fixer?”
“No, Leo, no. It’s because a guy’s walking down the street and he falls into a hole, see?

Of the West Wing episodes I’ve seen, this is probably my favorite scene.

Reason #2 why the flashbacks are the best part of The West Wing:

Flashback Leo loves hugs!
